On the first floor above the library, there is a sitting room that has a nice view of Monte Cetona. This room is furnished with a pull out couch bed, fireplace, and a large bathroom with a shower.

Netx to the sitting room there is the old kitchen still in tact after 200 years, equipped however, with modern appliances (4 burner gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator/ freezer, and dishwasher). From the kitchen, through a large glass door that opens up to a balcony, the sunset can be observed from comfortable easy chairs.

Going up from the kitchen one will find the "yellow" bedroom and the "blue" bedroom next to a very large bathroom, a double sink and 5 large windows allowing a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape.

From the "yellow" room (2 single beds or 1 double-bed) you can see the medieval village of Monteleone d'Orvieto.

The "blue" room (2 single beds or 1 double-bed) is the more refined one with a large terrace, a view of Monte Amiata where it's possible to ski in the wintertime.
