 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation becomes binding for our structure only at the moment of the reception of the deposit (40% of the total amount) payment receipt.

Balance:

  • For weekly stays balance (60% of total amount) 30 days before the arrival day
  • For daily stays balance on booking
Bail: 300 Euro
Weekly and daily rental can made for any day of the week.
A minimum of 3 nights is required for daily rentals.
Pets admitted
 CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of the booking, the whole amount of the deposit will not be refunded.
 CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

Arrival (check-in): bed-rooms are available after 16.00 (in any case, the baggage can be left previously).

Departure (Check-out): bed-rooms and apartments must be left before 10.30 am.
